Salad Greens With Citrus Yogurt Dressing

Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 6 cup Salad greens romaine, iceberg, rocket leaves
- 1 cup Fresh herbs mint, cilantro and basil
- 1 cup Yogurt thick
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Spring onion — finely sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, gently mix all the greens.
Step 2
Pour the citrus yogurt dressing over the salad greens and mix gently.
Step 3
Cover with a cling film pressing closely to the veggies.
Step 4
Chill for an hour.
