Rosy Vanila Smoothie
A refreshing drink that cools you down on a hot Kerala afternoon. Made with fresh ingredients and served chilled, it is the kind of thing you keep refilling without realising.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Mango (chopped) : 2 nos
- Fresh Cream : 4 tsp
- Rose milk essence : 5 drops
- Sugar : 4 tsp
- Vanilla ice cream : 4 scoop
- Milk : 1 glass
Preparation
Step 1
FOR MANGO CREAMGrind mango, fresh cream and sugar together in a mixer.
Step 2
FOR ROSE MILK Mix rose milk essence and 2 tsp sugar with 1 glass of milk.
Step 3
Get half glass of rose milk.
Step 4
Pour 2 full scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Step 5
Make up with mango cream. Rosy Vanilla Smoothie is ready.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
