Quick Avial
Avial which u can make very soon,and ts prepared without curd.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 nos Drumstick
- 150 g Chena Yam
- 1 nos Pacha ethayka green banana
- 1 nos Carrot big
- 150 g Beans
- 2 handful Cocunut Greated
- 5 nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Nalla cumin seeds (jeerakam)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Turmaric powder
- 3 tbsp Cocunut oil
- Curry leaves a, a few
Preparation
Step 1
Cut all the vegetables according to ur finger size.
Step 2
Wash it and put it in a vessel and add little water to get it cooked.
Step 3
Add turmuric powder and salt to it,allow it to boil until the water is fully evaporated.
Step 4
Grind coconut,with jeerakam and green chillies and add to the cooked vegetables.
Step 5
Cook it, stirring to mix cocunut with vegetables.
Step 6
Add litle cocunut oil and curry leaves on top of it and Stir everything together thoroughly. Serve!
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
