Potato Wedges With Parsely
Potato, parsley, spring onion and other ingredients are tossed and baked together.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 500 g Potato — cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Parsely — chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Spring onion — finely chopped
- 21/2 tbsp Lightly soured cream
- 1 cup Cheese — grated
- Pepper powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Olive oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Season the potato wedges with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the potato wedges in a tray with foil. Bake it for 40 minutes or till it becomes brown in color.
Step 3
Combine cream, spring onion, salt, pepper ginger garlic paste and olive oil.
Step 4
Get out the wedges from oven after 40 minutes and pour the cream mixture over it and bake again for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven after 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese and parsley on top and bake it for 3 minutes.

Potato wedges with parsley, an easy to prepare and delicious recipe for kids as well as elders, is ready.
