Potato Green Peas Fry
Slow-roasted in coconut oil with a generous hand of spices, this potato fry develops layers of flavour as it dries out on the pan. The patience pays off — every piece is coated and concentrated.

- 4 nos Potato sliced and cooked
- 1 cup Green peas cooked
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tsp Pepper — crushed
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing potato green peas fry, first fry the potato and green peas in ghee in a china dish.
Step 2
Add the pepper powder to it and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 3
Add lemon juice, mix and take it from flame.
Step 4
Serve while still hot.
