Pork Gulash
Kerala-style pork with its signature dark roast and crispy edges. The meat is first tenderised with spices, then dry-fried until each piece has a deep, caramelised crust that crackles when you bite in.
Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 1 kg Fresh pork
- 1 - Onion
- 1 - Red paprika
- 2 nos Tomato
- Ginger garlic paste
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Step 2
Add onions, ginger and garlic paste.
Step 3
Add paprika.
Step 4
Fry the pork pieces with salt and fry very well.
Step 5
Add the turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes.
Step 7
Add soya sauce and vinegar to it.
Step 8
Check the salt.
Step 9
Cook it in a cooker or a pan for sometime until the meat is well cooked.
Step 10
Add the curry leaves.
Step 11
When it is in a Form, it is ready to be served.
