- 1 cup Aval
- 1/4 cup Groundnut
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4 Curry leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Soak soft aval with 2tsp of water.
Step 2
Warm the oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When it allow to crackle add red chillies.
Step 3
Add onions and green chilli and Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add ground nuts,chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for a minute.
Step 5
Cook for 2 more minutes until groundnut become fully roasted.
Step 6
Add aval to this and stir for 1 minute.
Step 7
Now poha is ready,.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
