Pepper Bhindi Bhaji

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1/2 kg Bhindi/Ladies Finger
- 1 nos Onion large
- 1 nos Green chilly
- 1/2 tsp Corriander powder
- 1/4 piece Ginger — optional
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- Turmeric a pinch
- Salt, to taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them.
Step 2
Warm the oil in a kadai.
Step 3
Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
Step 4
Fry well and add for a minute.
Step 5
Add the bhindis.
Step 6
Add salt and cover and Let it cook for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
