Egg Maida Dosa | Easy Egg Dosa, a quick and soft South Indian breakfast made with maida and egg. Perfect for busy mornings and family meals.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Maida
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 nos Egg
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1+¼ cup Water
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixer add maida, salt and sugar.
Step 2
Pour water and made a batter of the regular dosa consistency.
Step 3
Transfer it to a bowl.
Step 4
Add one egg and add pinch of turmeric powder. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 5
Heat a pan and spread a ladle full of dosa batter. Spread some oil only if you want.
Step 6
Flip and cook both the sides.
Step 7
Serve.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
