- Banana 3 or 4
- Egg 1
- All purpose flour 1 cup or more
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Gather all purpose flour.
Step 2
Add egg.
Step 3
Give it a good stir.
Step 4
Slice banana.
Step 5
Mix it with the batter.
Step 6
Heat a pan with oil, fry in hot oil it.
Step 7
When both sides gets brown and cooked.
Step 8
Get it out and wipe off excess oil,our pazham pory is ready.
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
