- 3-4 nos Banana Nenthrapazham
- 1/2 A coconut Coconut
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 10 nos Raisins
- Oil, as needed
- 2 tbsp Water
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the outer skin of nendra pazham and make 2 long slits without cutting ends.
Step 2
Heat the oil in an pan and fry all the sides of banana till golden brown.
Step 3
Boil water in a pan, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in water. Then add coconut, cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder. cook in medium flame until it goes golden brown.
Step 4
Now the coconut mixture is ready. Finally widen the cut and fill the coconut mixture into it.
Step 5
Pazham Porichu Nirachathu is ready. Serve it as an evening snack.
