A favorite snack for tea time. Ripe bananas are dipped in a maida batter and deep fried to a golden brown color.

- 1 cup Maida
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Salt a pinch
- 1 Tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
- Oil to deep fry
- 3 Banana
Preparation
Step 1
Mix maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, turmeric powder with water like a dosa dough and set aside for 10 minutes.

Cut the banana in pieces.
Step 3
Dip the pieces in dough and fry it in oil.

Pazham pori is ready.
