Pazham Kurukkiyathu

- 2 nos Banana — sliced
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 nos Cardamom (Elakka)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 5 g Cashew nuts fried in ghee
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing pazham kurukkiyathu, boil milk.
Step 2
Add sliced bananas and sugar. Cook it well in the milk.
Step 3
Next, add coconut milk, ghee, cardamom and cashew nuts. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 4
Pazham kurukkiyathu is ready.
Tip
When the recipe says "medium heat," it means medium. Kerala cooking is not about high-flame drama — most of the work happens at a patient, steady temperature.
