- 1 nos Passion fruit
- 2 nos Dry red chilly
- 6 nos Bird eye chilly
- 3 Nos/As Garlic cloves
- 3 nos Shallots
- Salt, to taste
- Curry leaves, a few

Step 1
For preparing Passion Fruit Chammanthi, take all the ingredients and keep it ready.

Cut the passion fruit along with its outer shell. In a blender place it along with the other ingredients. Blend to make a smooth mixture.
