Pappad Mezhukkuperiti

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 10 nos Papad slices into small pieces
- 1 nos Onion — chopped
- 4 nos Dry red chilies
- Curry leaves, a few
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing papad mezhukkuperiti, first fry the sliced papad in oil.
Step 2
Heat I tbsp oil in pan, Fry the onion, red chilies, and curry leaves.
Step 3
Add the papad pieces and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 4
Papad mezhukkuperiti, a recipe is ready. Serve hot with kanji.
Tip
The pan should be completely dry when you finish — no moisture should remain. That dryness is what gives thoran its characteristic texture.
