Paneer Rolls
Paneer Rolls are crispy, flavorful, and protein-rich paneer snacks made with paneer, coriander, cheese, and spices.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 200 g Paneer
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves — finely chopped
- 1 slice Cheese
- 1 Bread or bun dipped in water and squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Keep all the ingredients except oil in a plate.
Step 2
Get a bun dipped in water and squeezed and keep it in a plate.
Step 3
Add cheese slice, coriander leaves, grated paneer and salt to this plate.
Step 4
Mix all together.
Step 5
Make elongated balls.
Step 6
Fry in hot oil in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
