Paneer Cabbage Sandwich (Step By Step Photos)

- 100 g Panneer
- 100 g Cabbage
- 3 Chilli
- 8 slice Bread
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper powder, to taste
- Cheese, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grate cabbage and paneer. Chop the chillies.
Step 2
Apply cheese on the bread.
Step 3
Spread the mixture of cabbage, paneer and chili on the bread and sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
Step 4
Toast it.
Step 5
Serve while still hot with the sauce.
Tip
When the recipe says "medium heat," it means medium. Kerala cooking is not about high-flame drama — most of the work happens at a patient, steady temperature.
