Pacha Manga Chammanthi

- 11/2 cup Coconut — grated
- 1 Dry red chilly
- 1 small Raw mango
- Ginger small pc
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 2 nos Shallots
- 2 nos Garlic
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Pacha Manga Chammanthi, first take a blender and add dry red chilly, raw mango pieces, ginger, shallots, green chilly, garlic and crush it.
Step 2
Add grated coconut and salt.
Step 3
Just whip in the mixie.
Step 4
Pacha Manga Chammanthi is ready.
