Onion Salad

- 1 nos Red onion cut flat & thin lengthwise, big
- 2 nos Green chillies — cut into small pieces
- Salt A pinch or, to taste
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cut onions, chillies, salt and vinegar in a bowl.
Step 2
Blend the mixture together with your hand.
Step 3
Goes well with cutlets.
Step 4
You can add half a tomato, if desired.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
