Onion Chammanthy

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Onions medium
- 3 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the onions thinly.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Cook the onions.
Step 4
When onions are half done, add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
Step 5
Let it go for about 15 minutes and allow to cool.
Step 6
Blend the mixture to a fine paste.
Step 7
Goes well with dosas and idlis.
