Omelette Sandwich With Veggies
Chopped veggies cooked with beaten eggs, other ingredients and sandwiched.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 nos Egg
- 2 tbsp Carrot — chopped
- 2 tbsp Mushroom — chopped
- 2 tbsp Green pepper finely chopped, Capsicum
- 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic — grated
- 1/2 tsp Green chillies — finely chopped
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Red chilly powder A pinch
- 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
- Bread slices, to taste
- Cheese slices, to taste
- Tomato Few — chopped
- 1 tbsp Breakfast cream
- Lettuce, a few
- 4 tsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing omelette sandwich with veggies, first heat some oil in a pan and sautT chopped carrot, green pepper, garlic, and green chillies.
Step 2
Stir in chopped mushroom and sautT well. Keep the pan with veggies aside.
Step 3
Beat eggs with 1 tsp milk in a bowl.
Step 4
Add required salt, black pepper, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 5
Now, heat the pan with sauted vegetables and pour the egg mixture over the veggies.
Step 6
Cook in low flame and drop some oil around the omelette. When both sides of omelette are done, take it off the heat.
Step 7
Cut the omelette in half. Place the omelette, cheese slice and chopped tomatoes on cream spread slices.
Step 8
Get the other bread slice and place it on top.
Step 9
Roast the omelette sandwich with veggies in a sandwich maker till both sides goes golden brown.
Step 10
Omelette sandwich with veggies, a nutritional as well as delicious snack with kids as well as elders is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
