Oats Rava Dosa
It is a perfect And healthy breakfast Dish.It Helps In maintaining balanced diet.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Rava sooji
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds Nalla (jeerakam)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger — grated
- 2 nos Green chilly Chopped
- Coriander leaves ( chopped
- Oil for brushing
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Dry roast the oats in a pan on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Grind all the ingredients except green chilly and coriander leaves to a dosa batter consistency by adding needed water and salt. Then add green chilly, coriander leaves and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.Pour 1/2 tsp of oil on the top of the dosa.Cook well,flip the dosa and cook till it turns light brown and crisp.
Step 3
Oats rava dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutneys.
Tip
A well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick tawa makes all the difference. If the dosa sticks, your pan needs more seasoning or the temperature is too low.
