Naadan Payar Ularthu

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1/2k g Pea/payar cleaned and cooked
- 1 Onion — chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Green chilly
Preparation
Step 1
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil.add onions and green chilli. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add cooked payar to this and Let it cook for 2 minutes. Add salt too. Naadan Payar ularthu is ready to serve.
Tip
The binding point is everything — cook the mixture just until it holds shape when pressed. Overcooked, it turns hard; undercooked, it crumbles.
