Mutta Dosa
Mutta Dosa/Egg Dosa is a popular street food recipe.Here i prepare the simplest form of Egg Dosa.To make egg dosa,regular dosa batter is used,here i use restaurant style masala dosa batter.Defenitly it will be and healthy breakfast for kids.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 1 cup Batter
- 1 Egg
- Chilly powder pinch
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Get the batter and keep it ready.
Step 2
Heat a tawa,pour one full laddle of batter and spread it.Cook until the batter slightly gets cooked.
Step 3
Pour the egg in the center.
Step 4
Break the yolk with a spoon and spread it evenly around the dosa and spread some salt and chilly powder over it.
Step 5
Flip it and cook until the egg has done well.
Step 6
Mutta Dosa is ready.have it with coconut chutney.
Tip
Frying the boiled eggs briefly before adding to the curry gives them a golden skin that holds up better in the gravy.
