Molaguvellam - Brahmin Special
Tomato, butter milk and other ingredients are cooked together.
Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1 cup Slightly soured butter milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek (Uluva)
- 1 nos Red chilly cut in half
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 3 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing molaguvellam - brahmin special, wash and cut tomato and boil in sufficient quantity of water adding turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Cook for few minutes.
Step 2
Add slightly soured butter milk. Please do not boil after adding soured butter milk and stop cooking when foam comes.
Step 3
Add curry leaves.
Step 4
Fry mustard seeds, fenugreek and red chilly in coconut oil and add to the mixture.
Step 5
Molaguvellam - brahmin special recipe, is ready.
Tip
