Mixed Vegetable Dosa Easy
Different types of veggies are added to make a healthy dosa.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 cup Chickpea flour Kadala mavu
- 1/4 cup Carrot — grated
- 1/4 cup Onion — finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Cabbage — finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger — grated
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 2 Springs Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Coriander or Mint leaves chopped finely
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing mixed vegetable dosa, add together chickpea flour, carrot, onion, cabbage, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
Step 2
Apply oil on a tawa and make dosa`s.
Step 3
Sprinkle finely cut coriander leaves or mint leaves.
Step 4
Mixed vegetable dosa is ready. Serve hot.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
