Mini Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 10 Bread slices
- Milk, to taste
- 2 cup Sugar
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the brown sides of bread slices and break into pieces.
Step 2
Add milk into the bread pieces to get a soft dough.
Step 3
Make small balls out of it.Heat the oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium hot oil.the oil should not be too hot.
Step 4
Make sure that these balls are fried evenly by turning the sides on and on.
Step 5
Make sugar syrup with sugar,water and cardamom.add the fried balls to the prepared syrup and cook on law flamefor about 5 minutes. Serve it.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
