Milk Powder Peda
one of the most of sweets and the flavor and taste is simply irresistible. Using milk powder is a much easier way of preparation unlike the method of reducing milk and solidifying.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 cup Amul milk powder
- 11/2 cup Sugar
- 50 g Butter
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Milk Powder Peda, first dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup of water and place it on fire.
Step 2
Boil till it reaches a string like consistency.
Step 3
Add butter and give it a good stir.
Step 4
Reduce the flame and slowly add the milk powder.
Step 5
Mix the contents very well.
Step 6
When it starts to thicken a bit, remove it from fire and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 7
When it becomes very thick, make small Milk Powder Pedas off it.
