Milk Powder Cake
Milk powder egg cake is a mouthwatering sponge cake that have the aroma of milk powder. Be it kids or adults, no one can resist this dish. How to make Milk powder cake is a question which arises in people's mind quite often.
Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 5 Egg
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1 cup Maidha
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Salt pinch
Preparation
Step 1
First beat the eggs,sugar and cardamom powder.
Step 2
Whisk it till foamy type came.
Step 3
Next, add milk powder slowly and Stir everything together thoroughly.Do not beat.
Step 4
Then all maidha and mix slowly.
Step 5
Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour the batter.cover the top and Continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes in low flame.
Step 6
Now the cake is ready,remove it from the pan.
Step 7
Cut and serve it with tea.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
