Mango Special

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Mango
- Sugar, to taste
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Milk maid
- Cardamom powder A pinch
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing mango special, peel the skin of mangoes and half cook with little water, sugar and cardamom.
Step 2
Grind it with milk and milk maid.
Step 3
Keep it in refrigerator.
Step 4
Serve chilled. Decorate with chopped cherries.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
