Mango Shake
A cool and tempting fruit drink prepared by simply blending ripe mango pieces, milk and sugar. It is one of our favorites during the summers and this makes a great drink for the kids.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Mangoes ripe
- 1/4 Lt Milk
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 10 Cubes Ice
Preparation
Step 1
Peel mangoes and cut into big pieces.
Step 2
Put the mango pieces and sugar into a juicer and puree.
Step 3
Grind the ice cubes.
Step 4
Add the mango puree, ground ice, milk and ghee and blend them together. :- Top with vanilla ice cream while serving.
Tip
Taste as you go. Recipes are guidelines — your palate is the final judge. Adjust salt, sourness, and heat to what tastes right to you.
