Mango Punch
A home-style Kerala dish made with care and the kind of spice knowledge that comes from watching someone else cook it a hundred times. Each step matters, and the result is worth the effort.
Ingredientsfor 25 servings
- 1 Can Alphonsa sweetened Mango pulp
- 1 Bottle Sprite 2 litre
- 1 Bottle Ginger Ale 2 litre
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Icecream
- 1 nos Orange
- Punch Bowl to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Get your punch Bowl.
Step 2
Add the mango pulp.
Step 3
Add the sprite and ginger ale in equal qty until the punch bowl is filled.
Step 4
It takes almost 1 bottle each (best way is to pour them together to the punch bowl at the same time with the help of two people).
Step 5
Slowly add ice cream.
Step 6
Wash the orange (do not peel the orange).
Step 7
Slice orange horizontally and put it in the punch bowl as a topper for your punch.
Step 8
It will also give a slight flavor to your punch.
Step 9
Wait for 1 - 2 minutes.
Step 10
Punch is ready to serve!
