Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 cup Rice flour — roasted
- 1/2 cup Coconut — grated
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Oil — for frying
- Salt pinch
- Water, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan,add grated coconut,sugar,cardamom powder and Let it cook for 5 minutes.take it off the heat and set aside.
Step 2
Mix rice flour with salt and water as needed to make a smooth doughTake a small portion of the dough and make a thin circle Place 1-2 tbsp coconut mixture and Fold it into half moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with your hand.
Step 3
Fry in hot oil the adas for 4-5 minutes in low flame.
Step 4
Malabar special poricha ada is ready.
