Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 Teacups Allpurpose flour Maida
- Water, to taste
- Salt A small pinch
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- Cashew nuts and raisins A, a few
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together water, maida and salt.
Step 2
Make maida dosas.
Step 3
Add grated coconut and sugar and fill the dosas and roll them.
Step 4
Decorate with cashew nuts and raisins.
Step 5
Your Loveletter is ready!
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
