Kothu Chappathi

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 6 nos Chappathi sliced in length
- 6 nos Egg
- 2 nos Onion
- Oil, to taste
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1" piece Ginger 2 nos
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 4 nos Red onion
- 5 nos Cloves (Grambu)
- 1 nos Cinammon sticks (Karugapatta)
- 5 nos Cardamom (Elakka)
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing kothu chappathi, mash ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper and red onions.
Step 2
Cook cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom in oil. Add the mashed mixture to it.
Step 3
Add tomato pieces, chilly powder and mix it.
Step 4
Add onion to it and fry again.
Step 5
Add egg, garam masala, chappathi pieces and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 6
Season with salt.
Step 7
Serve it with salad.
