Today I'm going to share a very special deep fried banana chips.Banana chips are the perfect option for tea time snack.If you like banana or if your kids don't like banana then all of you will love banana chips.Let's go through the step by step recipe images.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 Ripe plantain
- Oil — for frying
- Salt pinch
Preparation
Step 1
Peel banana and cut into very very thin pieces.
Step 2
Pour oil into a Kadai and heat it and fry banana in 2-3 batches.
Step 3
When the chips are changing its colour into light brown take out the chips from oil and keep it in a strainer.To that chips add a pinch of salt and mix together.
Step 4
