Kerala Stuffed Banana

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 nos Big half riped Banana Nenthrappazham
- 1/2 Of Coconut
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)
- Salt A pinch
- 2 tbsp Broken cashewnuts
- 2 tbsp Raisins Onakkamunthiri
- 1 tsp Ghee
Preparation
Step 1
Steam banana & remove skin & seed. Mash well & set aside.
Step 2
Make a syrup with sugar & a little water (1/4 cup).
Step 3
Boil till you get one thread consistency.
Step 4
Add grated coconut & salt.
Step 5
Stir everything together thoroughly for a few minutes and then add ghee and cardamom powder.
Step 6
Give it a good stir till you get to roll the burfi.
Step 7
Make this burfi into desired shape & cover with the mashed banana.
Step 8
Pan-fry till golden color.
Tip
