Kerala Onion And Corn Oothappam
A healthy, breakfast prepared with dosa batter and healthy vegetables. This is a fulfilled breakfast for kids.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 2 cup Idlibatter
- 2 Onions — chopped
- 4 Green chillies
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Spread 1 big spoon of dosa batter into heated frying pan.
Step 2
Add onions green chilly and cooked corns to the top of dosa batter.spread eventually.
Step 3
When base is golden brown turn the other side and cook well.
Step 4
Now corn and onion oothapam is ready to serve.
Step 5
We can put it in a plate.
Tip
A well-seasoned appachatti is worth the investment. The appam should release from the pan without any resistance.
