Kerala Cauliflower Fry

- 2 tsp Corn flour
- Salt, to taste
- Curry leaves A, a few
- Water just for batter to stick on cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tsp Chilli powder
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Kerala Cauliflower Fry, first mix all the ingredients together. Let the cauliflower flower be completely covered with masala.
Step 2
Fry in hot oil the florets.
Step 3
Serve Kerala Cauliflower Fry with rice or alone.
