Kerala Bread Omelette
Bread Omelette is one of the tastiest breakfast dish that you can prepare in no time. Very filling as well as nutritious, Bread Omelette can be included in your daily breakfast menu. During travels and outings too, you can count on Bread Omelette which can be easily packed.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 3 nos Eggs
- 1 nos Onion thinly — chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies — chopped
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 3 tsp Coriander leaves — chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put the chopped onion, green chillies, salt, chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Break the eggs and add all the above ingredients into it.
Step 3
Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 4
Cut bread slices in triangle shape.
Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a tawa.
Step 6
Dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture one by one and arrange in the hot tawa.
Step 7
Fry both side till lightly golden colour.
Step 8
Remove into a serving plate and serve with tomato sauce or sweet and spicy chutney.
