- 20 g Kudangal — mashed
- 5 g Thottavadi — ground
- Changalam paranda Kizhi kettiyathu
- Neyralli kizhi
- Unakkalari, to taste
- Water, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing karkadaka kanji with thottavadi, cook cherupana chi, kudangal, thottavadi, changalam paranda and neyralli with water.
Step 2
When half the water gets evaporated add unakkalari and allow it to cook well.
