Karimeen Grilled
Its without oil so people with cholestrol can have it without worry.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 5 nos Pearl Spot fish/Karimeen
- 1 nos Lemon
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a mixture of ingredients and marinate karimeen with it.
Step 2
Keep for 1 hour then grill it. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Our Karimeen Grilled is ready.
Step 4
Serve while still hot.
Tip
Never stir a fish curry with a spoon. Shake the pot gently to coat the pieces — stirring breaks them apart.
