Jackfruit seed is cooked with chilly powder, coconut oil, water and salt.

- 1 cup Jackfruit seeds peeled and sliced, Chakkakuru
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- Coconut oil, to taste
- Water, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing jackfruit seed dry fry, marinate the seeds with salt and chilly powder.
Step 2
Cook it with a little water.
Step 3
When the water drains, add coconut oil and fry it well.
Step 4
Jackfruit seed dry fry is ready.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
