Irani Pola
Irani pola is a malabar dish which is similar to cake,but made without an oven.So here is the simple recipe for you all to try.

- For Masala
- 250 g Chicken
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 large Onion
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Ginger & garlic
- 2 Green chilly — chopped
- 2 pinch Garam masala powder
Preparation
Step 1
Warm the oil in a pan add crushed ginger garlic and onion.cook until it turns transparent.
Step 2
Next, add the green chilly,all masala powders and shredded chicken.cook for another 5 minutes and take it off the heat.
Step 3
Get a blender add maida,sun flower oil,pepper powder,milk,salt and egg.Blend all the ingredients.
Step 4
Grease a non stick pan and plur half of the mixture.Then put the masala evenly when the mixture is half done.
Step 5
Pour the remaining minutes on the top of the masala and s.
Step 6
Irani pola is ready.
Tip
Bone-in chicken gives a richer, more flavourful gravy than boneless. The marrow flavours the curry as it cooks.
