Hot And Spicy Bread

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 5 nos Bread slices
- 1 nos Egg beaten
- 1 tbsp Gram flour Kadala mavu
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- Curry leaves, a few
- Salt A pinch
- 1 cup Oil
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing hot and spicy bread, first mix together egg, gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt.
Step 2
Remove the sides of bread and cut into halves.
Step 3
Dip the sliced bread in the egg mixture and fry it in oil.
Step 4
Hot and spicy bread, a recipe is ready. Serve hot.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
