Home Made Mango Squash
It is a cool drink for hot season.Both adults and kids love this a lot.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 cup Ripe mangoes
- 1k g Sugar
- 1 pinch Citric acid
- 2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash ripe mangoes,peel,de seed and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Put this in a mixer and blend it properly then we will get thick mango pulp.
Step 3
Sieve the pulp in a filter it is difficult to sieve.If we add little water.
Step 4
Dissolve sugar in i cup of water addcitric acid and when it is boiles put simmer for some time until it is slightly thick syrup.
Step 5
Pour this strained mango pulp into this syrup.let it bubble for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Now home made squash is ready.
Tip
