Home Made Chocolate (Basic)
Chocolate contains essential elements and nutrients such as iron, calcium and potassium, and vitamins A, B1, C, D and E.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 120 g Dark Compound Morde
- Milk Compound (Morde) 120 gms
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the dark and milk compound in a double boiler. You can boil water in a big vessel and then keep a small vessel inside it and put the chocolate bars into it.
Step 2
Give it a good stir until the bars have melted totally.
Step 3
Put the mixture into the moulds.
Step 4
Tap the moulds after pouring into each filling so that air escapes. This process is the most important part of chocolate making. You need to tap them well or else the chocolates will not come out well.
Step 5
Refrigerate the moulds in the freezer compartment of the fridge for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the moulds and the chocolates come out easily. Keep them in an open plate for few minutes and then put them in an air tight container.
Step 7
You can wrap your chocolates in colorful chocolate wraps available in the market.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
