- Fried channa dal : 100 gm
- Nuts roasted : 100 gm — ground
- Coconut grated : 100 gm
- Jaggery : 50 gm
Preparation

Get the fried dal and ground nuts.

Prepare syrup using the jaggery.

Add the channa dal, ground nuts to the syrup.

Add the grated coconut as well and Stir everything together thoroughly.

Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
