Healthy Pineapple Drink
A refreshing drink that cools you down on a hot Kerala afternoon. Made with fresh ingredients and served chilled, it is the kind of thing you keep refilling without realising.

- 4 cup Pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Ginger — chopped
- 1 nos Cinnamon (Karugapatta)
- 8 nos Cloves (Grambu)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper — crushed
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing healthy pineapple drink, boil all the ingredients: pineapple juice, honey, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in a sauce pan.
Step 2
Allow it to boil well, reduce flame and heat it for 10 minutes again.
Step 3
Take it off the heat. and strain it.
Step 4
Healthy pineapple drink is ready. Serve it hot.
