Half Fry Egg

For preparing Half Fry Egg, first preheat a non-stick frying pan for about a min.

Add 1/2 tsp of oil.

Add a little yellow butter.
Step 4
Get an egg and with a wooden spatulla, gently break it into half and pour the contents into the pan.
Step 5
Sprinkle a little salt and freshly ground pepper powder.
Step 6
Serve Half Fry Egg with parathas or bread.
Tip
A heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet gives you the best results for a proper Kerala fry. Thin pans burn the spices before the meat dries.
